What are the payment options?

You have the option to pay with a credit/debit card or Pay Pal. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to sanitary purposes items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All lashes purchased during a promotion or sale are a FINALE SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Do your strips only come in one size?

Yes, EYE KANDi by Kierra lashes come in one standard size and length. You can customize your lashes by trimming the band to fit your beautiful eyes.

How long will orders takes to arrive?

It takes 2-8 business days for Domestic shipping and 4-15 business days for International shipping. You have the option of choosing First Class mail, Priority mail or Priority Express mail when placing orders. WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS! All orders confirmed after 5pm CST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. 

IMPORTANT: EYE KANDi by Kierra is not responsible for postal services when they lose or damage a package. Once the package has been sent EYE KANDi by Kierra is not liable for any lost or damaged packages. EYE KANDi by Kierra is also not liable for any shipping addresses that have been entered incorrectly by the customer. Refunds are not issued on lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to correctly insert all information before checkout.
